Soft Pretzels

Start with risen dough.

Then shape your pretzels.

Give each pretzel a baking soda bath.

Top it with toppings of choice. I used sesame seeds and Italian Spices.

Pop them in the oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

TADA! Final product! I think they look amazingly good for a first attempt! 

Soft and fluffy on the inside with a  slightly crisp crust.

I made some sweet pretzels too, with some colored sugar crystals I got from a dear friend! A shout out to Mel! :)
