Pulled Pork with my 1-2-3-4 bread

 

 

 

 

 

 

Made pulled pork for the first time! :) It was a success! It wouldn't be the most environmentally friendly meal   (because I had to slowly roast the pork in the oven for 8 hours) but it was all worth it!
